Police
responded to a 911 call around 8 p.m. in the parking lot of Ruby Tuesday on
Commack Road.
Police say
the caller reported an injured person at the location.
When
officers arrived at the scene, they found an adult male lying dead on the
ground.
The man
appeared to have sustained a head injury.
