Police say a man is in critical condition following a crash in East Rockaway.

According to police, the 34-year-old man was riding an unregistered e-bike heading north on Carmen Avenue.

Police say he ran a red light, slammed into a Jeep Compass being driven by a 34-year-old woman on Main Street.

The man was rushed to the hospital and is in critical condition.

The woman stayed at the scene and was not hurt.
