Nassau police responded to Merrick Avenue and Broadcast Plaza where the 31-year-old man was lying on the ground with multiple stab wounds.
A Merrick Fire Department ambulance transported the man to the hospital with critical injuries.
There was no word on suspects or the cause of the stabbing as of Saturday night.
Authorities are asking anyone with any information to call the Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS.
