Police: Man charged after exposing himself to 3 teens

Police say a Roosevelt man has been charged with public lewdness after he exposed himself to three teenagers.
Elmer Guerra, 35, is facing charges in two separate incidents. Police say the first incident happened in Uniondale when two teenage girls called officers, telling them that a man standing in a nearby backyard was touching himself while looking at them.
In June, a 16-year-old boy jogging in Roosevelt told police he was approached by a man in a car who was exposing himself. The boy ran away when the driver allegedly asked him to get in the car.
Guerra is set to be arraigned on public lewdness charges Sunday.
