Police: Man attacked Old Westbury gas station attendant before fueling up car

Police say 36-year-old Ryan Shirley, of Queens, punched and choked the employee after the two got into an argument Monday at the Bolla Market on Jericho Turnpike.

A man is accused of attacking a gas station attendant in Old Westbury and then fueling up his car.
Police say 36-year-old Ryan Shirley, of Queens, punched and choke the employee after the two got into an argument Monday at the Bolla Market on Jericho Turnpike.
They say Shirley then filled up his vehicle and drove off.
News 12 is told Shirley turned himself in on Friday.
