2h agoA Westbury man is under arrest after police say he robbed a liquor store in New Cassel and waved a knife at the owner.
News 12 has been told 36-year-old Ruben Moya-Zapata walked into the shop on Old Country Road and tried to steal several bottles of liquor.
Police say when he walked out the owner tried to stop him and that is when Moya-Zapata waved a knife at him.
Moya-Zapata is facing a robbery charge.
