Police say a man is facing charges and is accused of committing multiple acts of public lewdness.

Police say Ronald Richardson III, 43, committed a lewd act in the Burger King parking lot on Portion Road in Ronkonkoma on Tuesday night in front of two employees.

Police say following an investigation, officers also determined Richardson had committed two previous acts of public lewdness. One at Orange Theory in Smithtown in front of a 29-year-old woman.

The other incident occurred at the Old Navy in Lake Grove in front of an 11-year-old girl.

Police say Richardson III is undomiciled and was charged with three counts of public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child.

He pleaded not guilty.

Detectives are asking anyone who believes they have been a victim of Richardson III to contact the Fourth Squad at 631-854-8452.
