Detectives say they noticed Mario Noboa on Thursday from an earlier traffic incident.
When they tried to approach him, Noboa ran off.
Police say when officers were arresting the 34-year-old on North Pine Street – that’s when they say they noticed a bulky object in his bag. It turned out to be cocaine and ketamine.
After Noboa was arrested, officers searched his car, they say they found heroin and marijuana.
