A Locust Valley man will face a judge Monday, accused of driving drunk and causing a deadly ambulette crash in Glen Cove.

A Locust Valley man will face a judge Monday, accused of driving drunk and causing a deadly ambulette crash in Glen Cove.
Police say the lights and sirens were on the ambulette as it was driving on Walnut Road Sunday night.
They say 27-year-old Alvaro Gutierrez-Garcia, of Locust Valley, was driving a Cadillac when he hit and flipped the emergency vehicle.
An 85-year-old Bayville man, who was in the ambulette on his way to the hospital, died in the accident.
Garcia faces charges of vehicular manslaughter and driving while intoxicated.
