Riverhead man charged in Montauk sexual assault case

Police have identified the man killed Thursday during a roof collapse in Woodbury.

They say 49-year-old Donaldo Duque, of Roosevelt, died while doing construction on the roof of a Jericho Water District building on Stillwell Lane.

Police tell News 12 a 24-year-old man was also injured in the collapse.

News 12 was told he has been released from the hospital.
