4ds agoPolice have identified a woman who was fatally shot in Middle Island on Sunday.
According to police, they received a call around 11:30 a.m. from an apartment on Artist Lake Drive.
Officers say the resident, Kristine Costantino, 40, was shot.
There is no word on a motive or a suspect.
