The owner and an employee of a Huntington Station deli are facing charges after the business failed a State Liquor Authority inspection.

Authorities say the owner of Perez Deli Corp on West Hill Road is accused of promoting gambling and possession of gambling devices.

The owner and employee were given appearance tickets for a later date.
