A Hewlett man is set to face a judge today for a fatal stabbing in Hempstead.
Police tell News 12 that Keith Pooler is charged in the death of Andrew Garry.
Police say Garry was walking on Fulton Avenue in June when he got into an argument with the suspect and was stabbed.
Pooler is charged with second degree murder.
