A Hempstead resident accused of exposing himself in a woman’s backyard was arrested on Tuesday night.

Police say the victim in South Hempstead reported that she witnessed the man touching himself around 8 p.m.

Officers responded and found 43-year-old Elvis Maldonado near the scene.
