Police say an employee at a Franklin Square smoke shop has been arrested for illegally selling THC products.

The incident happened at the Smoke Bazaar and Convenience store located on Hempstead Turnpike.

Police say Ahmed Rageh, 23, was caught selling an infused chocolate bar and cannabis flower.

Upon investigating, officers found nearly 100 products containing THC.

Rageh is facing multiple charges.
