Police say Francisco Andres-Miguel also had an active stay away order for three children in the car with him.

A Flanders man is accused of driving drunk with three children in the car.
Authorities say state police arrested 45-year-old Francisco Andres-Miguel Sunday around 8 p.m. when he nearly drove into a state trooper on Hubbard Avenue in Riverhead.
Police say Andres-Miguel also had an active stay away order for three children in the car with him.
He is now charged with driving while under the influence and criminal contempt.
