Police say they arrested a West Babylon driver in connection to a hit-and-run crash that left an e-bike rider seriously injured on Friday evening.
Detectives say Manuel Serrano Sanchez struck the e-bike on Fulton Street at the intersection of Troy Avenue and took off just after 5 p.m.
Tiager Collier, 23, was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Police ask anyone with information about the crash to call 631-854-8152.
