State police say a Seaford man was allegedly speeding while driving drunk in a car packed full of fireworks.
They say they arrested Nicholas Maggio on the Wantagh State Parkway near Sunrise Highway Sunday afternoon.
He was allegedly going 90 mph.
Maggio has a prior DWI conviction within the past 10 years, bumping the new charges up to a felony
