Police say a car crashed near a gas station and the driver fled in Hicksville last night.
According to police, the car somehow hit the metal pole at the Speedway gas station at Old Country Road and Apex Lane around 10:30 p.m.
Police say the car narrowly missed a gas pump.
There are no reports of anyone injured.
