A mother and son were arraigned today on charges they used fake prescriptions to get pain pills.

Police say 54-year-old Doreen Campo and 36-year-old Michael Campo tried to use forged prescriptions to buy Oxycodone at pharmacies in Farmingdale, Franklin Square and West Hempstead.

Detectives say the duo used their prescriptions several times in 2010 and 2011.

Michael Campo was arrested Monday when he appeared at a Brooklyn courthouse on a separate drug charge. His mother was arrested when she came to pick him up.
