Justin Criscione was driving an unregistered dirt bike on Horseblock Road when he crashed into a BMW, according to authorities.
Police say an officer treating him at the scene discovered a loaded Glock in his pocket.
Criscione was hospitalized with serious injuries and now faces multiple weapons charges.
