A now-former custodian in the Half Hollow Hills Central School District has been arrested for livestreaming a video of himself soliciting sex and exposing himself while working, police say.
Police say there were no children in the school when Thomas Winberry committed the act at Otsego Elementary School in Dix Hills Tuesday evening.
Winberry was charged with public lewdness and is scheduled to be arraigned at a late date.
