Police say a couple attacked a man because they didn't like what he was handing out for Halloween.
Daquan Rose and Samone Sturgis went into a deli on Burnside Avenue on Saturday with two kids.
Investigators say the couple didn't like what the clerk was giving trick-or-treaters, so Sturgis began to steal cookies.
When the worker tried to stop Sturgis, she and her boyfriend allegedly punched him in the face.
They were arrested and are expected to be arraigned on Sunday.
