A convenience store employee in North Long Beach was arrested for allegedly ringing up $35,000 of lottery tickets.
Police say Ana Pachuco illegally printed out the lottery tickets all within six hours at Liberty Mart on Austin Avenue Sunday.
"I was shocked," says Rachel Wahlig, the owner of the store. "I was completely baffled."
Wahlig didn't find out until Tuesday and says Pachuco was an employee she trusted.

"If I don't pay by Wednesday, I lose my lottery terminal," Wahlig. "I'm going to lose customers. I'm going to lose sales. People won't stop here for gas or other items if I don't offer lottery."
Wahlig says she attempted to negotiate with the New York State Lottery with no luck.
She says she may be forced to take out a high-interest loan.
Pachuco is charged with grand larceny.
