Police: Catalytic converter stolen from car in Deer Park. More than 2 dozen stolen in last week

Suffolk police are investigating a stolen catalytic converter theft in Deer Park. The incident was caught on a Ring camera.
Officers responded to Hollings Drive in Deer Park around 4:30 a.m. Wednesday for a stolen catalytic converter from a 2008 Honda.
No suspects have been arrested.
This is not the only catalytic converter incident police are investigating. According to Suffolk police, from Aug. 9 to Aug. 16, officers responded to more than two dozen stolen catalytic converter calls in several communities including Commack, Babylon, Lindenhurst, Copiague, Brentwood, Amityville, Islip, Islip Terrence, Holtsville, Ronkokoma, Wyandanch, East Farmingdale, and Bayshore.
