A Baldwin man is facing weapon charges after police say they found him possessing a gun.
Officers say they responded to Wendy's on Sunrise Highway in Baldwin Tuesday afternoon for a possible suspect with a gun.
When police got to the scene, they say 25-year-old Austin Matthew Dupuy ran away on foot.
Police say they placed him into custody and recovered a semi-automatic gun.
Dupuy is facing weapon and menacing charges.
He will face a judge later today.
