An Amityville man is accused of stealing from cars in Nassau County.

Police say Isaiah Fearron went into multiple unlocked vehicles across Nassau and removed items inside, including credit cards and a cellphone.

Those incidents occurred between March 2018 and February 2019.

When officers went to arrest Fearron, he allegedly tried to run but was found hiding under a tarp.
