Police say
Patrick Welby was driving an SUV when he failed to stop at a stop sign at the
intersection of Horton Avenue and Reeves Avenue on Wednesday.
The SUV
was then hit by a dump truck.
Welby was
pronounced dead.
Welby’s passenger, Nora Raughan,
86, and the driver of the dump truck are expected to be OK.
