yesterdayA total of five people are facing robbery charges after a fight in front of a Bethpage 7-Eleven, police say.
Police say Raymond Duarte, Timothy Brown, Safwan Khan and two juveniles met up with their two victims Sunday evening. The two were previously known to them.
News 12 is told there were verbal threats issued in front of the Stewart Avenue store and one person had an item stolen from him.
The victims reported the incident to police shortly after and the alleged suspects were located a short time later.
All five defendants --ages 20 and younger -- were arrested.
