Police: 4 people arrested for selling vapes to minors in Huntington

The four people were working at four different businesses in Huntington and were charged with unlawfully dealing with a child.

Police say they have arrested four people for selling vapes and e-cigarettes to minors in SuffoLK county.
Police say in response to numerous community complaints, officers conducted an investigation into the sale of vapes and e-cigarettes to minors during which 12 businesses were checked for compliance with the law.
The four people were working at four different businesses in Huntington and were charged with unlawfully dealing with a child.
Those arrested included Miles Lewis, 22, an employee of Gotham Smoke, Muhammad Raja, 19, an employee of Cigar House Smoke and Vape Shop, Danial Rizvi, 28, of Hicksville, an employee of Gulf Gas Station, and Jorge Delgado Garcia, 39, an employee of Smoke Bazaar Smoke Shop and Vape Shop.
All four employees were issued tickets. 
Compliance checks were conducted at eight other businesses in the Second Precinct with no violations found.
