According to police, an officer was driving on the Meadowbrook Parkway just after 2 a.m. when he saw fireworks being shot out of a car’s sunroof.

Police say three teens were arrested, accused of setting off fireworks out of a moving car in Westbury.
According to police, an officer was driving on the Meadowbrook Parkway just after 2 a.m. when he saw fireworks being shot out of a car’s sunroof.
The officer arrested Frederick Taveras Hernandez, Justin Padilla and Fernando Aristides.
All three teens are charged with reckless endangerment and unlawfully possessing fireworks.
