Police say more credit card skimming devices have been found on gas pumps in Merrick.
Nassau police say three skimmers were found Thursday at a Gulf station on Sunrise Highway and Merrick Avenue.
Police say the owner of the station called in a technician when he noticed one of the pumps wasn't accepting credit card transactions. They say the technician eventually found the three skimming devices.
Authorities say no personal accounts have been compromised as of yet. The devices are only useful if the thieves retrieve them.
Anyone with information about the skimming devices is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS.
