Detectives: Elmont man pointed loaded gun at 2 teens
yesterdayA man was killed and another man was injured in a shooting Sunday in Mott Haven, police say.
It happened around 2 p.m. at 350 East 143rd Street.
Police say they responded to a call of shots fired. They found a 45-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the torso and a 40-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds to the abdomen.
The 45-year-old victim was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln in critical condition, where he was pronounced dead.
Police say the 40-year-old was taken to the same hospital in stable condition.
No arrests have been made.
