Two men were hospitalized following a shooting Sunday morning in Elmont.
Police say the victims, ages 26 and 28, were standing in front of a home at 238th Street and 117th Avenue just after 5 a.m. when a gunman opened fire.
The 28-year-old victim was shot in the abdomen, and the 26-year-old suffered wounds to his arm and leg. They were both hospitalized in serious but stable condition. Their identities were not released.
The shooter is described as a male who wore a light-colored jacket and a baseball hat. Police say no further descriptive details were available.
