2h agoOne individual was pronounced dead Friday after an off-road vehicle was found overturned in the backyard of a Montgomery residence.
First responders say they were called to the scene on Berea Road at around 9:30 p.m and they found Guy (Bucky) Davis, 42, of Montgomery, pinned underneath the utility task vehicle (UTV) with serious injuries.
Montgomery was subsequently pronounced deceased at the scene.
The cause of the accident is currently unknown. Authorities say an investigation is ongoing.
