Plans to rebuild the fire-ravaged Sag Harbor cinema have received the green light.
According to Newsday, the plans have now gotten approval of the Sag Harbor Village planning board.
The plans call for the old theater to be divided into two new screening areas and the second and third floors expanded.
The cinema’s iconic neon sign will also return.
