A plan to expand the "Dogs in Parks Initiative" to all town parks in the Town of the North Hempstead unanimously passed Tuesday night.
The town was part of a pilot program that recently allowed dogs at three parks, including Michael J. Tully Park.
Town officials also conducted an online survey about dogs in parks.
They say they will be putting up new pet-friendly signs at each of the parks.
