A Patchogue man is facing felony DWI charges after being pulled over by police.
Police say Ovidio Arriaza, 38, was speeding on the Southern State Parkway in Islip on Monday night. They say he was drunk and had two 9-year-old kids in the car.
Arriaza has been charged with felony DWI under Leandra's Law.
Police have not said whether the two kids were Arriazas.
