News 12 Long Island has learned that the plan for a Jack Nicklaus golf course at Oheka Castle is dead.
A spokeswoman for Oheka says the deal between Gary Melius, golf legend Jack Nicklaus and a developer fell through because of a dispute in the partnership.
The plan was to transform Oheka and the Cold Spring Country Club into "one of the finest golf courses in the world."
