Looking to get a little more Irish this St. Patrick's Day? Why not serve up some traditional Irish dishes?
Paddy's Loft in Massapequa gave News 12 Long Island's Elizabeth Hashagen some tips to create some delicious Irish fare.
You can stick to the basics with a shepherd's pie. The chef at Paddy's Loft suggests ground beef, onions, carrots and peas, demi-glace and mashed potatoes.
Or get creative with a traditional Irish breakfast, featuring traditional Irish pudding, Irish bangers, Irish bacon, Irish beans, eggs, potatoes and a roasted tomato. The eggs can be served to your liking.
So, which is your favorite?
