The village of Oyster Bay is hosting the 40th annual Oyster Fest this weekend!
The fest features a weekend of family fun, food and festivities.
This year, oysters on the half shell, fried, in chowder, and wood-fired are highlights of the food court.

Seafood, such as shrimp and clams, as well as more traditional festival foods are available as well!
The festival also has oyster shucking and oyster eating contests, an arts and crafts pavilion, rides, games and live entertainment.
Part of the proceeds from the festival are donated to local nonprofits.
