New York State is reporting its first vaping-related death.
Officials are only identifying the victim as a 17-year-old boy from the Bronx.

Gov. Andrews Cuomo ordered a ban on all flavored vape products in the state, but medical experts say they don't exactly know what’s causing the illnesses.
Officials say what they do know is that a lot of the vape-related illness injuries are due to toxins in the bootleg or black market vape products.
They add that most of the injuries are related to THC, with a very small number related to nicotine.
A state appellate court has issued a stay on Cuomo's ban.
