The NYPD is working to find a missing teenager from Queens.

Connor Lian, 16, was last seen around 5 p.m. Wednesday in front of St. Patrick's Cathedral when he was separated from his family, police say.

Lian is described as 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 125 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.

He was wearing a gray puffer coat, a black longsleeved shirt, brown shoes and a tan golf hat with a 121st U.S. Open - Torrey Pines logo and a picture of a tree.

NYPD Commissioner Keechant Sewell said Lian is autistic and nonverbal.

Lian responds to the nickname "Red," police say.
