New York's Health Department has announced limited visitation can resume at some nursing homes and long-term care facilities.
Eligible state facilities must be COVID-19 free for at least 28 days.
Residents can have two visitors at a time, and those guests will have to have their temperature checked and wear a mask.
The new visitation policy goes into effect Wednesday.
