Pizza dough recipe:
1 3/4 cups of shredded mozzarella, about 7 ounces
2 tbs of unsalted butter
1 large egg
3/4 cups of blanched almond flour
1/8th teaspoon of fine sea salt
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
Melt the cheese and butter in a microwave or on the stove
Add the egg and mix with your hands...
Then add the almond flour...kneed for about three minutes
Place on a greased parchment paper
Chill in the refrigerator for one hour or overnight
Assemble the pizza ingredients of your choice
Bake for ten minutes or until crust is golden brown
