Some health care heroes proved that their singing skills are truly golden!
The Northwell Health Nurse Choir stole the show on Tuesday night's season premiere of "America's Got Talent."
The choir, comprised of 18 nurses from 10 Northwell Health hospitals and medical centers, got the golden buzzer from judge Howie Mandel, meaning they advance straight to the live shows.
The group met for the first time last year when they joined voices to support Nurse Heroes, a nonprofit initiative to help solve the nurse shortage. They shared a Thanksgiving Day stage with Stevie Wonder, Celine Dion and many more as part of "Nurse Heroes Live!"
