Gov. Andrew Cuomo has designated eight hospitals to handle Ebola cases, including two on Long Island.
Cuomo announced the North Shore LIJ Health System and Stony Brook University Hospital will treat Ebola cases.
The hospitals are among eight other hospitals that experts will visit to give special training and equipment.
Meanwhile, Seaford Congressman Peter King wants more done to protect people at our airports.
King is among a growing group of Republicans calling for a travel ban on Ebola stricken nations.
President Obama is opposed to the ban, saying it could encourage people to hide where they came from.
