The Oyster Bay Public Works Commissioner has turned himself in after allegedly leaving the scene of an accident.
Police say Richard Lenz was involved in a crash Friday near exit 10 of the Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway, according to Newsday.

The 67-year old-Farmingdale resident is now facing misdemeanor charges.
No one was hurt in the crash.
A spokesman for the Town of Oyster Bay says the incident is under review.
