A Newfield High School music prodigy just finished the 10th grade and is already composing his own work.

Victor LaBozzetta, 16, started playing drums at the age of 3. By the fourth grade, he was playing the piano, French horn, marimba and timpani. He says he has been composing songs since he was 10.

LaBozzetta's work has been performed by the United States Army at the Kennedy Center and by Stony Brook University's orchestra. But LaBozzetta says there's nothing more thrilling than having his peers play his pieces.

LaBozzetta says he wants to study music education and music performance. His dream is to play in a Broadway pit orchestra.
