Gov. Kathy Hochul officially declared the day as the first annual "New York Craft Beer Day.”
The celebration is an effort to celebrate and honor more than 500 independent craft breweries statewide.
The day will support 22,000 jobs and generate $4.8 billion in economic impact.
Those who want to participate in the festivities can find a local brewery on the official New York Craft Beer app.
